Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate- IT with strong expertise in managing enterprise-grade networking equipment, firewalls, Linux-based systems, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting critical IT infrastructure while ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Management
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco switches for enterprise network environments.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of the LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Firewall & Security
  • Administer, monitor, and maintain FortiGate firewalls, including VPN setup, security policies, and intrusion prevention systems.
  • Implement and enforce network security best practices to safeguard business-critical systems.
• Server & System Administration
  • Manage Linux servers for hosting websites and applications.
  • Perform routine troubleshooting, upgrades, patch management, and system optimization.
• Cloud Infrastructure
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain workloads on AWS and Azure platforms.
  • Ensure secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud solutions aligned with organizational needs.
• GIT Administration
  • Collaboration & Documentation
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure needs.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation for configurations, processes, and incident resolutions.
  • Experienced in implementing secure development methodologies, ensuring robust protection of sensitive data and systems integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must have

• Strong expertise in Cisco networking technologies (routing, switching, VLANs, STP, etc.).
• Strong expertise in FortiGate firewall administration (VPNs, UTM, policies).
• Proficiency in Linux system administration (Apache/Nginx, MySQL, DNS, SSL, shell scripting).
• Proficiency in cloud services (AWS and Azure EC2, S3, IAM, VPC; Azure VMs, Networking, Security).
• Good understanding of network security principles and best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex IT infrastructure issues effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, RHCSA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines) is a plus.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (OPManager, CloudWatch, etc.).

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in networking, security, and system administration.
