Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the business development strategy for institutional partnerships across regions.
- Lead the Institutional Partnerships function at a rapidly growing EdTech company.
- Drive large-scale impact in the education and career guidance ecosystem.
- Work closely with the leadership team in a collaborative, transparent culture.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of business development professionals to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Drive the entire sales funnel from lead generation to closure, ensuring consistent revenue performance and forecasting accuracy.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers — principals, trustees, deans, and counsellors — to expand ProTeen’s institutional footprint.
- Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to align messaging, implement feedback, and enhance the client experience.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare regular sales reports, and provide insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
- Identify emerging trends, partnership opportunities, and competitive intelligence to shape strategic decisions.
Experience:
- 3-6 years of experience in institutional sales, B2B partnerships, or business development (EdTech experience preferred).
- Proven track record in team management, target achievement, and strategic growth planning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and CRM proficiency with data-driven decision-making ability.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, ownership-driven, and result-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and institutional events.
