Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of business analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business objectives, processes, and requirements.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Create and maintain documentation such as business process models, use cases, data flow diagrams, and user manuals.
- Understanding of software development process (Agile / Scrum) and testing life cycle
- International / Global outlook and exposure a plus.
- Understanding of systems engineering concepts and automation workflowIdentifying possible feature upgrades and optimizations based on client interactions and personal hands-on experience while working with client teams and soliciting feedback.
- Effective communication across the teams and Client issues resolution in timely manner.
- Developing and implementing solutions for product enhancement.
- Understanding issues / bugs on the system and ensuring these are filed and tracked for resolution.
Skills
- Management / Accounting standards is a must.
- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.
