Lead Business Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of business analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business objectives, processes, and requirements.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Create and maintain documentation such as business process models, use cases, data flow diagrams, and user manuals.
  • Understanding of software development process (Agile / Scrum) and testing life cycle
  • International / Global outlook and exposure a plus.
  • Understanding of systems engineering concepts and automation workflowIdentifying possible feature upgrades and optimizations based on client interactions and personal hands-on experience while working with client teams and soliciting feedback.
  • Effective communication across the teams and Client issues resolution in timely manner.
  • Developing and implementing solutions for product enhancement.
  • Understanding issues / bugs on the system and ensuring these are filed and tracked for resolution.

Skills

  • Management / Accounting standards is a must.
  • Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.
