Role Description
As a Design Thinking Project Intern, you will be instrumental in revamping and broadening UNIDEL’s Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy through UI/UX and social media initiatives. This internship offers an exciting opportunity for students to actively contribute to elevating user experiences and spearheading strategic social media initiatives that elevate brand presence and drive new sales.
Responsibilities
Market Analysis:
- Conduct a comprehensive market analysis to identify key trends, consumer preferences, and the competitive landscape within the industry.
UI/UX Enhancement:
- Conduct usability testing to pinpoint pain points and identify areas for improvement on websites and mobile apps.
- Redesign the user interface to optimize navigation, enhance visual appeal, and streamline the purchasing process.
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engage with audiences, and drive traffic to UNIDEL’s digital platforms.
- Create compelling content, including product showcases, behind-the-scenes stories, and user-generated content to foster community engagement.
Performance Tracking and Optimization:
- Implement analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement.
- Continuously iterate and optimize the GTM strategy based on data-driven insights and feedback from users and stakeholders.
Eligibility
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program, with a focus on UI/UX Design, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Students in their 1st to 3rd year of undergraduate studies are eligible.
- Strong interest in UI/UX design and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with usability testing methodologies and UI/UX design principles.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
