JOB Description:

We are looking for a dynamic HRBP Intern to support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, performance management, and talent development. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR business partnering functions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations.
  • Support performance reviews, data management, and reporting.
  • Partner with business teams to understand HR needs and challenges.
  • Coordinate HR activities, surveys, and communication drives.
  • Experienced in implementing secure development methodologies, ensuring robust protection of sensitive data and systems integrity.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office; keen interest in HR practices.

Eligibility:

  • MBA / PGDM in HR (pursuing or recent graduate).
