Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist US and Indian clients in onboarding data across various investment vehicles and managing accounting processes, both initially and ongoing.
Learn and explore different types of data feeds for bankable assets (such as equities, mutual funds, bonds, hedge funds, etc.), identify their sources, and cleanse the data to meet platform requirements.
Gain understanding of investment management and accounting principles.
Familiarize with various investment structures in the US (including custodians, banks, etc.) and analyze transactional feeds from these sources to identify opportunities for platform improvement.
Coordinate periodic database reviews with clients to ensure data accuracy.
Collaborate with clients (wealth owners, accountants, CA’s) to provide system usage support and address any issues or bugs encountered, ensuring they are logged and tracked for resolution.
Quickly identify and resolve internal and external system issues as they arise.
Propose potential feature upgrades and optimizations based on client feedback and personal experience with the platform.
Technical Skills:
- Basic Investment and Accounting knowledge.
- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions.
- Highly proactive in approach.
Personality and Interpersonal Skills:
- Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.
- The ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with all levels of management.
Qualification:
- M.Com, MBA(Finance), CFA Or CA degree required.
- Finance or Accounting are preferred major fields.
