Frontend Responsibilities:
- Develop responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Angular)
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs
- Test, debug, and optimize UI performance
Backend Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side logic and APIs
- Work with databases (MySQL / MongoDB)
- Ensure application performance and security
Backend Responsibilities:
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, or Node.js / Python / Java
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, and Git
- Strong problem-solving and learning attitude
- Bonus points if candidate participates in coding challenges or hackathons on Hacker earth / Hacker rank / Code Chef / Techgig.
- Candidate has familiarity with AWS, Azure, or any other cloud platform. Used Source Code management tools like Git, Subversion, etc.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Work with mentors and peers to become expert in his/her area of work.
- Able to quickly learn latest technologies.
