Job Description:
The Documentation & Filing Executive will support day-to-day document handling activities at the UNIDEL office. The role involves maintaining records, filing documents, and ensuring easy storage and retrieval of files. This is an entry-level position suited for candidates with basic administrative knowledge and good organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- File and organize physical and digital documents systematically.
- Maintain records and ensure documents are stored safely and neatly.
- Retrieve files and documents as and when requested by internal teams.
- Assist in updating document registers and tracking files.
- Support basic documentation requirements for audits and internal reviews.
- Ensure confidentiality of company records at all times.
- Assist in scanning, photocopying, and archiving documents.
Skills Required:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
- Good organizational and filing skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and company procedures
- Basic communication skills
