JOB Description:

Global Capability Center (GCC) sales, account growth, and delivery excellence for global enterprises. This position requires a senior leader who combines strong delivery management expertise with GCC solutioning, client engagement, and revenue growth responsibilities.

The role will focus on building, scaling, and monetizing GCCs, supporting pre-sales, new GCC setup discussions, account expansion, renewals, and long-term strategic partnerships, while ensuring high-quality delivery across Infrastructure Management, Application Development, and Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities:

GCC Sales & Account Growth :

  • Act as a key contributor to GCC sales strategy, supporting new GCC pursuits, expansions, and transformation opportunities for global clients.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Account Management teams to:
    • Shape GCC value propositions, operating models, and pricing
    • Support RFPs, proposals, client presentations, and executive discussions
  • Lead client-facing GCC discussions, including:
    • GCC setup, scale-up, and optimization models
    • Cost optimization, talent strategy, and delivery transformation
  • Identify and drive revenue growth opportunities within existing accounts through:
    • Service expansion
    • Managed services adoption
    • Delivery transformation and automation initiatives
  • Support account renewals, contract negotiations, and long-term strategic engagements with GCC clients.

Delivery & Operations Leadership:

  • Own end-to-end service delivery across multiple IT service lines:
    • Infrastructure Management Services (IMS)
    • Application Development & Maintenance (ADM)
    • Managed Services
  • Ensure consistent adherence to SLAs, KPIs, governance frameworks, and contractual commitments.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for delivery, operations, and client satisfaction.
  • Drive service transition, stabilization, and transformation programs within GCC and global accounts.
  • Oversee delivery financials, including budgets, margins, utilization, forecasting, and cost optimization.
  • Identify delivery and operational risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL, ISO, security, and quality standards.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, GCC heads, and senior client stakeholders.
  • Mentor delivery leaders and managers, driving talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Operate effectively in matrixed, multi-vendor, and multicultural environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8-12 years of experience in IT Services with a strong blend of GCC delivery and GCC sales/account growth exposure.
  • Strong delivery leadership experience across IMS, ADM, and Managed Services.
  • Experience managing large global delivery teams.
  • Solid understanding of GCC operating models, ITIL, service governance, and global delivery frameworks.
  • Experience working with clients across US, Europe, APAC, and Middle East (GCC) regions.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L, margins, forecasting, and cost controls.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Experienced in implementing secure development methodologies, ensuring robust protection of sensitive data and systems integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science / E&TC / related discipline).
